I ordered a "guaranteed to fit" hitch from another place and it wasn't even the right model for my vehicle. In desparation (and less than a week to our family vacation) I called Hitchmart on a Saturday morning and was assured by Hitchmart that they would get me the right hitch in about 4 days, to my doorstep. Sure enough, only 3 days later it was delivered - expertly packed, exact instructions, and with all of the necessary parts. It took only an hour to put it on my '05 Ford Escape and HITCHMART SAVED THE FAMILY VACATION!!!!!! Ordered a hitch from HitchMart after getting an estimate for $650 from my dealer. Hitch came in 2 days and it only took 20 minutes to install (no kidding). The wiring harness for the trailer lights took even less (5 minutes). Looks and works great at less than 1/3 the cost from the dealer. They didn't even run the credit card charges through until 5 days after I ordered the hitch. Great job HitchMart!!!

Ordered a Hidden Hitch package for my '03 Town & Country. Saved on a package deal over other vendors. It was shipped on time and I had minimal trouble installing the hitch. Others with same model vans: for fishing bolts through the inside of the frame, be aware that the "access end" of the under carriage frame is behind the bumper, not toward the rear wheel as shown in directions. It's still a little tricky without taking the bumber off, but it can be done. Probably easier to pay for installation, if you're "mechanically challenged." Over all, I'm very happy with the service and results!

Great service!! I ordered my hitch on Tues. Night and it was here an Fri. morning. The install only took 20 min. The only problem I had was that the delivery company must have droped it and it was a little bent. That wasn't Hitchmarts fault. I will definitly use them again!!

I ordered my hitch yesterday just before noon. I was worried about ordering over the internet and thought it would take at least a week. I went out for breakfast at 6:30 this morning and when I was coming back in my driveway at 8:30 the UPS guy was just leaving my hitch. I couldn't believe anyone could have that kind of service. I must tell you the box had two big holes in it and the air bags were mostly flat but that didn't hurt any of that steel. I had that hitch on in less than 30 minutes. Ordered my hidden hitch on a Sunday evening and it was at my house Wednesday when I got home from work. Free shipping that is also fast shipping...hands down the best deal on the web.
